1.
Signatures and Avatars
Signatures and avatars must keep within the boundaries of good taste and decency and must not include imagery associated with the Third Reich or any other political movement or organisation.
To verify its suitability, any text-only signatures must be in either English or German or an English or German translation
must be included alongside the native language text.
Images in signatures should not exceed 180 pixels in height and be no more than 500 pixels wide. The forum administrators reserve the right to edit or remove any signature following one request to the member to do so themselves.
2.
Illegal Software
Please do not make posts asking where "cracks" (for example "No CD" patches) or illegal copies of software can be downloaded.
No posting of links to sites offering such software either please.
3.
Political Discussions
Political discussions are to be avoided. This includes debates about differing ideologies and discussions about different political parties and personalities.
These forums are not to be used to promote personal political views.
4.
Posting Etiquette
Please do not follow up a post with no replies with several others. Use the Edit button to add new text to your last post in the relevant topic.
When quoting a message do not include the images from the post you are quoting from unless the original post is one or more pages "behind" your new post.
5.
Courtesy
Forum members make the time to help out other members in the interests of the "community" as well as to personally assist the member in question.
A simple "thank you" goes a long way so please acknowledge any support you receive.
6.
Sources
Please provide sources for all images and text quotes posted. The linking of images hosted on external servers (excluding imaging hosting services such as ImageShack) should be kept to a minimum. Nobody wants to be accused of bandwidth theft.
7.
Banned Accounts
You must not re-register under a different name using a different email address if your account is suspended or banned. The IP address from where the accounts are registered are recorded, as they are for all posts. There is always a trail to follow...
